I want to work together, how do we start?

Just reach out via email with some basic facts about the property like; address, sq footage, proposed shoot dates and then we can go from there on how/when to schedule your shoot!

How much does this cost?

We have three photo bundles (20/30/40 images) and a handful of add ons (Video, Floor plans, Virtual Staging, and more). If you need more than 40 photos we charge $3 per extra photo. 

how many photos does my property need?

Every property is different in size, but also in features/amenities. While not enough photos is just as much of a problem as too many photos, we believe most listings are most successful with 30 images. 

How long does it take to edit the photos?

We guarantee your photos in 48 hours after the shoot is complete, but don't be surprised if you get your photos sooner! 

What is the value of having professional photography?

Homes with professional photographer sell 32% faster and sell at a 4% higher price point. Not to mention the headache of having to shoot/edit your owns photos. The BIGGEST advantage to hiring a pro though is you are representing yourself to not only your client but future clients. If they we to ask to see some of your current listings and saw cell phone photos, what would they think... what would you think? Paying a pro is investing into your own business and how others view you.
